These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Hammer & Lewis website and purchasing products through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms.

Product availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products when necessary.
Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Hammer & Lewis does not collect or add any additional VAT or tax at checkout. The product price shown at checkout is the final product price unless another charge is clearly displayed before payment.
We accept the payment methods available through our online checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation with your purchase details. An order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order when necessary.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order due to product availability, payment problems, incorrect pricing or information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate business reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
Hammer & Lewis currently ships within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days.
Shipping is free for eligible orders. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery. Returns must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom orders, personalized items, and special-order products are not eligible for standard returns unless they are defective or the issue was caused by Hammer & Lewis.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received, reviewed, and accepted and are sent to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete return requirements.
Exchanges
Hammer & Lewis accepts exchanges for eligible products. For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the desired replacement.
Intellectual Property
The content on the Hammer & Lewis website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product information, and other materials, belongs to Hammer & Lewis or its respective owners. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without appropriate permission.
Website Availability
