Where is Hammer & Lewis located?

Hammer & Lewis is located at 1040E S White Rd, San Jose, CA 95127, United States. We operate a physical retail store along with our online store.

What products do you sell online?

Our online store currently offers men’s clothing, including full-sleeve shirts, pants, jackets, hats, and T-shirts. We plan to add more products as our online collection grows.

Do you ship within the United States?

Yes. We currently ship orders within the United States.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing and 5–7 business days for transit. The estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed after our 6:00 PM Pacific Time cut-off may be processed on the next business day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided after your order has shipped. It may take some time for the carrier's tracking system to show the first update.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. We can only change the address before the order has been processed or shipped. Once shipped, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns are made by mail after the return request has been accepted.

How do I get a return label?

After your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide a downloadable return shipping label and return instructions. You can download and print the label before mailing the package.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive, review, and accept your return, the refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible products. For a faster exchange, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the desired replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club through our online checkout. Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

Do you charge additional VAT or tax at checkout?

No. Hammer & Lewis does not collect or add any additional VAT or tax at checkout. The product price shown at checkout is the final product price unless another charge is clearly displayed before payment.
