Refund policy

At Hammer & Lewis, we offer a simple 30-day return policy for eligible products. Items must meet our return conditions before a return can be accepted.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please contact us first with your order details and reason for the return.

Return Method

All returns are made by mail. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide a downloadable return shipping label with instructions. Download and print the label before mailing the package.

Return Conditions

Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Used, worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items may not be accepted.

Custom orders, personalized items, and special-order products are not eligible for standard returns, unless the item is defective or the issue was caused by Hammer & Lewis.

Return Shipping Cost

For a change of mind or customer preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. If the product is defective, incorrect, or the issue was caused by our error, Hammer & Lewis will cover the return shipping cost.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos or other details. After the defective item is returned and inspected, we will provide the same product in new, non-defective condition, subject to availability.

Refunds

After we receive, inspect, and accept your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. For a faster exchange, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the replacement.
